 Best baby model ever-- well, with 3 exceptions.

An unexpected find!

Yesterday we went on a little hike and were surprised to find this in a nearby park...

A flock of sheep accompanied by their friendly neighborhood Great Pyrenees!
This is an an odd sight to find unexpectedly in New York suburbia.
Our puppy, Loupiot (a Pyrenean Shepherd), was quite interested to meet his compatriot.

And then he posed a bit.

And checked out the funny looking woolly beasts.

And then ran off to play with the kids.

A Glorious Day

Today ended up with one daughter just slightly worse for wear with a few stitches on her leg.
But this is the part of the day I'll remember.

We're sucking every last drop out of these final days of summer!

Our New Baby

So... we have a new baby.

He's fuzzy. And very naughty.

He came from the kennel of Monsieur Amare, one of the oldest operating breeders in France, and I feel privileged to have him. I also need to thank Terri Walker from Bien-Aime Bergers for everything!!

I also had a fabulous adventure going to France to pick him up. And we went for a little hike in the Pyrenees together.

We met some friends along the way.

And now we're all in love with little Loupiot!
